You don’t have to navigate this alone
As a Christian woman, you carry a lot. You know the weight of nurturing your marriage, your children, and your friendships, all while managing the emotional rollercoaster life can bring. You faithfully move through your daily responsibilities, even as your heart longs for space to breathe and time to care for your own soul.
You’re navigating a world that urges you to be open to every viewpoint, while your faith calls you to live with love and truth, firmly rooted in Biblical wisdom. You want to be real about your struggles, but sometimes the Church can feel like a place where being vulnerable means risking judgment — where being “not enough” seems to echo louder than grace.
You love Jesus deeply. At times, you've felt wounded by His people — by the ways they’ve treated others, and maybe even the ways they’ve treated you. Deep down, you long for a safe place to let your guard down, wrestle with your questions, and rebuild your life with confidence and clarity.
Well-meaning advice like “just pray more” or “read your Bible more” has left you wanting something deeper. Those practices matter, but they haven’t quieted the ache in your heart or answered the deeper longing to connect with God in a way that truly transforms you.
Now, you’re ready for more. You’re ready for a space where your faith and emotions are honored, where you can find real support as you walk toward healing and a stronger relationship with Christ.
You need to connect with a therapist who supports YOUR beliefs.

What is Christian Therapy?
Christian therapy provides a space where you can go deeper without fear of judgment. You will acquire and apply coping skills to navigate life’s challenges with the resilience that already lives within you. You will connect more intimately in your personal relationship with Jesus Christ as you learn to integrate communication skills with confidence. Through this growth you will be able to release the burden of guilt, shame, and feelings of worthlessness, allowing you to boldly embrace who GOD says you are. After all, you are a cherished daughter to the King.
We will work together to create a space that feels safe enough for you to actually let these walls down. I will work each session to earn your trust and show up authentic in the therapy space. We will discuss your goals and how to best incorporate your faith to grow deeper in your connection with God as you overcome these struggles. Sometimes that looks like talking about God’s plans for you, navigating the understanding of scripture, praying together, and embracing tasks to complete in between sessions to best fit your needs.
Christian Therapy Can Help You…
Explore the WHY behind WHAT you believe
Your faith was never meant to be blind or shallow. It's okay — and healthy — to ask hard questions. Together, we’ll dig deep into the foundation of what you believe, exploring not just the "what," but the "why" behind it. God isn’t intimidated by your questions; He invites them. As you uncover the roots of your faith, you'll find a more anchored, personal relationship with Christ — one that stands firm even when life feels shaky. This journey isn’t about losing your faith; it’s about discovering a deeper, more meaningful one.
Improve communication in your relationships
Healthy relationships thrive on honest, clear communication — but that doesn’t always come naturally. Whether you struggle to express your needs, set boundaries, or navigate conflict, we’ll work together to strengthen the way you connect with others. God designed us for relationship, and you don't have to walk through disconnection or frustration alone. Through practical tools and heart-centered conversations, you can grow deeper in relational understanding, build trust, and experience the kind of life-giving connections you were created for. Your voice matters, and learning how to use it with truth and grace is part of your healing.
Heal hurts caused both in and out of the Church
Pain caused by people — even those who claim the name of Christ — can leave deep wounds. It’s confusing, isolating, and often makes you question your faith altogether. You don’t have to carry those hurts alone. Here, we make space for honest conversations about the pain inflicted both inside and outside the Church. Together, we’ll grieve the losses, untangle the lies, and invite Jesus into the broken places. Healing doesn't mean pretending it didn’t happen — it means allowing God to restore what was lost and remind you of His unchanging, faithful love.
Prioritize your mental wellness
Your mental health matters to God — and to me. You were created as a whole person: body, mind, and spirit. In our work together, we’ll create a plan that helps you tend to your emotional and mental well-being, without guilt or shame. It’s not selfish to prioritize healing; it’s wise stewardship of the life you’ve been given. Whether you're battling anxiety, depression, burnout, or simply feeling stuck, there’s hope. Through a Christ-centered approach, you’ll gain tools to manage life’s challenges with resilience, compassion for yourself, and a renewed sense of peace rooted in God’s promises.
Renew your Relationship with Jesus Christ
Sometimes life leaves your relationship with Jesus feeling distant or disconnected. If your faith has felt more like a burden than a joy, you’re not alone — and you’re not beyond restoration. God is still inviting you into deeper intimacy with Him. Through counseling, we’ll help you clear the clutter, tend to wounded places, and rediscover the beauty of a personal, vibrant relationship with Christ. You don’t have to strive your way back to Him. His arms are already open. Renewal is possible, and it starts with simply saying yes to His loving invitation.

Is Christian Therapy right for you?
-
Christian counseling integrates faith and spirituality into the therapeutic process, offering a Biblical perspective on issues. It differs from secular counseling by using the teachings and principles of Christianity to address emotional mental health wellness.
-
Absolutely. Seeking counseling is not a sign of weakness—it’s an act of wisdom and obedience. God created us with emotions, minds, and bodies, and He desires for us to be whole. Counseling offers a way to address and heal emotional wounds, grow in wisdom, and navigate life’s challenges, all while keeping God at the center of the process.
-
The Bible actually encourages seeking counsel and wisdom. Proverbs 15:22 says, “Without counsel, plans fail, but with many advisers, they succeed.” Additionally, in 1 Corinthians 12:25-26, it emphasizes that we are all connected, and healing comes through community and support. Christian counseling provides guidance and accountability, aligning with God’s plan for our healing and growth.
-
Christians, like anyone, face emotional, relational, and mental struggles. Therapy provides a safe space for addressing these challenges, healing from trauma, managing anxiety, and working through relational difficulties. It’s also an opportunity for spiritual growth, allowing individuals to gain tools for dealing with life’s struggles, all while keeping faith at the center of the process.
-
Choosing a therapist is a personal decision based on your comfort level and spiritual needs. While secular therapists offer valuable support, a Christian therapist integrates faith with therapeutic techniques. If incorporating your faith is important to your healing, a Christian therapist may better align with your values. Ultimately, you need to feel safe and supported—and only you can determine what environment helps you open up.
-
When choosing a Christian counselor, it’s important to find someone who is:
Biblically grounded: They should be committed to using Scripture as a source of truth in your counseling journey.
Experienced and trained: A good Christian counselor should also be trained in therapeutic techniques, with knowledge in areas like trauma, anxiety, and depression.
Compassionate and non-judgmental: They should provide a safe, supportive space for you to explore your struggles and heal.
A good listener: You should feel heard and understood without judgment or quick solutions.
Aligned with your values: Counseling should respect and understand your faith and how it impacts your healing journey.
-
During a session, you can expect to discuss your concerns, explore your faith, and work on strategies to address your challenges from a Christian perspective. This may include exploring scripture and prayer as it suits your needs.
-
I understand that faith journeys can be complex. In counseling, the goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space. If you're not comfortable praying together or discussing certain aspects of faith, that is completely optional. I am here to meet you where you are in your faith and support you on your journey.
